Gather to Scatter is a group of volunteers who raises money for local nonprofits, helping these organizations reach specific goals that directly impact the Northwest Arkansas community.
Our Mission
At Gather to Scatter, our mission is to unite individuals, businesses, and volunteers in a collaborative effort to support the nonprofits that strengthen our community. We gather essential resources from our local supporters and strategically distribute them to organizations across Northwest Arkansas, enabling these nonprofits to achieve their specific goals. Through our dedicated volunteer efforts, we create a thriving ecosystem where every organization—and every member of our community—has the support they need to succeed.

Downtown Bentonville Kids Club (2024 Recipient)
Bentonville Kids Club is a fun and free kids' program that takes place as part of the Bentonville Farmers Market every 2nd Saturday from April through October. Bentonville Kids Club encourages healthy habits by giving each child $2 "Club Bucks" to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers. Each month, kids can enjoy hands-on games, crafts, and interactive activities that teach them about farmers markets, local food systems, agriculture, healthy eating, and wellness.

Irene Medrano
Executive Director
Irene has been serving the nonprofit community in Northwest Arkansas for more than two decades. Her passion and professionalism inspired a core group of volunteers to come alongside her and begin Gather to Scatter with the goal of making a positive impact on the lives of those in most need.
Todd Reeves
President
Todd has been a steadfast supporter of Irene’s vision for over 15 years, contributing his strategic insight to Gather to Scatter’s mission of mobilizing resources for local nonprofits. His commitment ensures that the organization’s initiatives effectively reach and uplift the Northwest Arkansas community. As a co-founder of STAT Recovery Services, he has dedicated himself to empowering teams through leadership and example.
Lee Clemons III
Executive Board Member
Lee is an Executive Board Member at Gather to Scatter, where he contributes to the organization's mission and values. Lee is passionate about creating value for his clients, stakeholders, and the community.
Laura Rush
Board Member
Laura Rush has supported Irene Medrano for over 15 years, standing beside her as a dedicated advocate of Gather to Scatter’s mission. She brings a spirit of generosity and thoughtful leadership to every initiative she touches. Her professional expertise and personal commitment have been instrumental in expanding the nonprofit’s community impact.
Angie Bailey
Board Member
Angie is a passionate advocate for community development, with over 35 years of volunteer experience across Northwest Arkansas and beyond. As a board member of Gather to Scatter, she plays a vital role in connecting resources to local nonprofits serving those in need. She brings her business expertise as the founder of Best in Class Suppliers, helping guide the organization’s growth and sustainability. Angie is also deeply involved in the Bentonville Public Library Foundation and is a key supporter of programs like the POP! Program that promote health and education for local children.
